What is Restricted Communication?
Restricted Communication, also known as the “cone of silence”, refers to a period of time where communication is restricted between CBHC Board or Staff and any potential applicant responding to the RFP. The cone of silence has been extended to May 24, 2012. .
What should I do if I am concerned that the “cone of silence” has been violated?
If you are concerned that any potential applicant has had communication that would place other applicants at an “unfair advantage”, you should contact Luanne Panacek, CEO of the Children’s Board at (813) 229-2884 as soon as possible.
