Date: Friday, August 10, 2007
Time: 9:00 - 11:00a.m.
Location: Hilton Hotel, Tampa Airport Westshore

The mission of our organization states that Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF) has a unique role in advancing the health and well-being of all Floridians. By investing in our communities, we are able to translate our mission into action to address issues and provide assistance to those in need.

Attending the BCBSF community meeting will assist you in learning about:

  • Our four focus areas for giving: uninsured/underserved, nursing shortage, literacy, and physical fitness/wellness
  • The work of the Blue Foundation and what organizations qualify for funding
  • How to request BCBSF employee volunteers through our Blue Community Champions program
  • The process to apply for funding from BCBSF

In addition, you will have the opportunity to network with key individuals from BCBSF.
