A primary responsibility of the Children's Board is funding. We assist the community through direct, CBHC funding as well as having information available on non-CBHC funds.
The CBHC has an on-going funding application process. Our fiscal year begins October 1st and the year's allotment and categories of funds are announced in a Funding Plan released around that time. Throughout the year Funding Plan workshops are held to inform the community about the application process.

Match funds are available to non-profit service providers, community based organizations and governmental entities serving children pre-natal to 18 and their families in Hillsborough County. Applicants must submit documentation from the primary funding source of the award and the required cash match.
