Healthy Births

The programs in this section provide resources and support to pregnant women and their infants up to five years of age. The Children’s Board and its providers/partners want to make sure all women have access to prenatal health care to keep them on track to deliver healthy full-term babies without birth defects, provide both mom and baby with a safe living environment and on-going health care.
